Cold August Nights

As August approaches and winter moves towards its end, a new batch of gigs comes with! It's been freakingishly cold over the last week or so, and I've spent a couple of nights out in the elements. It's the wind chill that's the killer. If you've got a clear, still night, it's much easier to keep warm, I feel. We shall just see where the weather will put me, won't we?

The Wesleys return to the Byford & Districts Country Club this month, but just the once on Friday 1st. We shall also put in a Sunday appearance at Lakers Tavern. I've got three solo Thursdays at the 7th Ave Bar & Bistro in Midland, starting this week (July 31st). Big thanks to Slim Jim Enterprises for that! Scroll down for the rest...

Me at Araluen, October 2024

I'm pleased to let you all know that I will be returning to Araluen Botanic Park in Roleystone for their Spring Tulip Festival! With thanks to Ivan John and Global Event Concepts, I have two Saturdays and one Sunday booked in over August and September. It's quite a special place, and I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to play there again this year! These dates will be on my FB page and Giglist, if you want to check around the time the festival is on.

Keep yourselves dry and warm out there, and if you feel the need for a little live music, here's where you can find me and the Wesleys this month (this blog will get updated as the gigs change).
