Rhona and I did something we have been meaning to do for a long time...attend a music festival. We'd gone to the Big Day Out in 2009, but only because Neil Young was the headliner. It was a notoriously shitty line-up and we didn't get there until 6pm.We caught the Living End in action, suffered through a set of the Arctic Monkeys and were rewarded with an awesome performance from Neil, capped off with a cover of the Beatles' A Day In The Life. After spending all day in Fremantle Park for Blues N Roots, we just might have stumbled onto something a little bit special.
